SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMELINES

Occasionally, during holiday rush for example, there may be a slight delay in validating your order, and additional shipping time may be required. Total delivery time includes pending credit authorization, address verification, and processing, plus the expected shipping time for your order. 

When ordering from outside Switzerland, please note taxes and import duties may apply depending on your country's policy on importing goods.

PICK UP

You can now pick up your order free of charge at our Geneva location. Simply choose the pick up option at check out.

Orders will be ready in 2-4 days, you will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready for pick up. 

Pick up address is indicated at checkout. You will be able to pick up your order from Monday to Friday, from 12pm to 1pm and from 6pm to 7pm. However, feel free to email us at info@laustine.ch if you wish to arrange a different pick up time and we'll do our best to match it.

RETURNS

We want you to be delighted with your pyjamas but if you are not you can return any item within 15 days of receipt. The items need to be returned with original packaging (you can use the resealable mailer).

Simply email us at info@laustine.ch and we'll guide you through the next steps!

We will be happy to make a refund which will go onto the card which was used when you made your purchase.
